Thomas Zack Martin (verified owner) –
I bought this whole kit but only needed the core. For your spa, you might be able to just remove the 4 screws and remove the black valve core and replace the old one. Dig a bunch of that foam insulation in the spa about halfway down and disassemble the original valve. The original is foamed up in there and impossible to remove. pop off the handle and unscrew the bezel to release the old core, then install the new one with the new gaskets. Worked great for me!
