I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. This is the cool grey version of the faceplate used for the motomassage jets on Hotsprings spas with dual motomassages. There are two versions of the motomassage. There is one that has a single head that goes up and down the center of the back of the person sitting in the seat. And the other has two heads that go up and down either side of the back of the person sitting in the seat. This is for the dual head version.
