This is the cool grey version of the faceplate used for the motomassage jets on Hotsprings spas with dual motomassages. There are two versions of the motomassage. There is one that has a single head that goes up and down the center of the back of the person sitting in the seat. And the other has two heads that go up and down either side of the back of the person sitting in the seat. This is for the dual head version.
