I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. Everwood Slat, Triple “T” Flat, Coastal Gray in color. This synthetic slat is used on 2006 Hot Spring Spa Models. The length is 17.13″ and cut to size. There is a “Longer” version of this slat, 73941-A, which is 32″ long.
