The hot tub tech we usually work with suggested calling you all instead, as you have the parts available and more specific knowledge than he has. Oscar helped me diagnose the problem (partially due to Amazon parts), and I ordered the correct pieces from you all. Arrived on time. Hope I don't have to call you again, but with 3 hot tubs, I know I will. On 10/06/2026 by K. C. (verified customer)
