All of the staff that work at Backyard Plus are outstanding but I must give Paul B. a special shout out. He is so patient and understanding when dealing with two hot tub owners trying to repair a 2007 Solana tub (replaced everything inside the service panel of the hot tub). His customer service skills are the best I have ever had the opportunity to experience firsthand as a DIY'er I have dealt with many. I truly cannot sing Paul’s praises loud enough.
