This generic replacement 15amp Mini Breaker is used to replace the original mini breaker located on the control box on all 1993-1998 Hot Spot spa models. The reset button is identified by the number 15 located on the round portion of the reset button. Its function is to trip off power to the system in the event that the spa is drawing too many amps. If this circuit breaker keeps tripping off, then a serviceman would determine if a low voltage (lower than 108 volts) issue is present where the spa’s power cord connects to the control box. This mini breaker is designed to handle vibration, unlike regular panel mount breakers.
