I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me. Watkins will not talk to me on the phone either because I'm not a professional tech. I can buy tub parts from a number of different places but I'll be getting them from Backyard Plus from now on.On 01/08/2026 by S. B. (verified customer)

Sku: 76082Obsolete, This Control box is currently unavailable as a complete unit. The Heater Relay board (77118) and Motherboard (Main Board 78039) which are the Invensys circuitry are sold individually, you will need to re-use the black control box housing.
Factory replacement IQ2020 control box (main circuit board & heater relay board enclosed in a protective casing) for all 2009.5-2012.5 Hot Spring and Limelight spas and all 2010-2011 Tiger River spa models. This control box is not backwards compatible with older spa models listed above.
