Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the correct part (as well as any dependencies and non-dependencies of versions of other parts) I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. The Remote Controller arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. The customer service rep Craig was exceptional, I had an issue with the generic installation/configuration/sync release-notes of the remote controller - and Craig helped me through that sync configuration in 10 minutes.
