The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, and confirmed the repair part I needed based on symptoms I reported and the year, make, and model of my spa. The technician diagnosed my problem, identified the part needed, and had the item shipped the same day. The part (circuit card) arrived ahead of schedule, in good condition, and was easily installed based on the instructions provided. I was up and running in a short time.
