This Hot Spring Limelight control panel (aka control head or topside) for all 2012.5-2014 Limelight spa models. It is also the Tiger River Spas control panel retrofit option. It control panel can only be used with 76836 IQ 2020 spa control system (aka Eagle control box). The manufacturer has discontinued the Tiger River spas control panel replacements and instead uses this control panel as its retrofit option. Please contact our technicians if you have any questions.

Simple repair once your tech confirmed that my 2014 spa did NOT need the entire logic board to be replace. The only difficult part was getting the silicon glue to dry evenly but we are all set now. So glad I didn't just listen to the first company and purchase an un-needed full control board too. Posted on the 22nd of August 2022 by MH

I recently had to replace a 2007 tiger river sumatran control panel and board. The guys at Backyard Plus tech support helped me diagnose the issue, spending several calls with me and were always patient and helpful. Once i had the diagnosis, it was a decision point as my tub was older and rhis was over 1k in parts. After looking for equivalent new tubs and how much prices had increased (yikes!) the decision to try these parts was made.
Install was easy and again called the tech help with one wiring questiin and they helped me out right away.
Long story long….the tub has been working like new and i would urge anyone in the same boat, when tub is generally in good shape but your controls go out, to at least give these guys a call. I’ll be directing folks their way when asked for a good place for parts and tech help.

I have an older Tiger River 2010 spa that is in perfect shape outside but needing some replacement parts inside, backyardplus is the only place I shop for parts. They suggested updated parts rather than the older model parts which are getting harder to find, I replaced the entire circuit board with software update, light, and control panel with newer parts instead of taking a chance on an older circuit board that might fail in a couple years. Paul and Oscar at tech support have been super helpful in getting updated parts, and even sent me a warranty part that turned out to be the fault of another part not working. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, they return calls/emails quickly and have been spot on with any issues. Thanks again for all your help!
