Description
IQ 2020 Spa Control System for most Hot Spring and Limelight spas beginning the 3rd quarter of 2012, and all Hot Spring and Limelight spa models beginning in 2013.
What’s included: Main control board “motherboard” and the heater relay board, four light adapters (76860), two lid screws, three strain relief bushings (30099), and one strain relief bushing for the heater (36022)
Not Included: This IQ 2020 spa control system comes from the factory as a blank control box and a spa-specific software update with control panel configuration (similar to pairing a remote control to a television) are required when replacing this control box. The software version used is dependent upon your hot tub model; therefore, a serial number is required to identify the correct software.
Compatibility: This control box is compatible with control panels: 76844, 76845, 77433, 78504/78509
This control box unit is not backward compatible with older spa control panels with Invensys circuitry.
Please Note: The Manufacturer no longer sells this control box with a lid or screws for the lid. You can re-use your existing control box lid if you are upgrading from an Invensys IQ2020 or IQ2000 box or you can purchase a new lid at a discount when purchasing the new control box.

Ordered a control board and control panel installed it and it worked for about 30 seconds called backyard plus we did some tests they said was a board fault they immediately said they would replace it under warranty they covered all shipping costs and return costs very good service would highly recommend this business also great customer relations and helpfull tips for testing

A great big thank you to Craig,Paul & Oscar. I have a 1997 Sovereign by Hot Springs Spas, the control board went out on it, they helped me get a replacement board for it, I installed it with their help wiring it up. The Spa is working again, much cheaper than buying a new spa. The technical support they offer is invaluable. Thanks again for the help. Tom

our issue was our hot springs vangaurd 2015 wouldn’t power up. i assumed it was the motherboard, but this complete control box with motherboard and relay board was cheaper than any price i saw for motherboard only. I also paid the extra 20 to have them install the firmware based on our serial number. installed and the hot tube powered up normally and we are back in business. Refreshing to buy something that actually works and arrives on time!
