This is the factory installed Hot Spring control panel for the Highlife and Limelight models beginning in 2015. It is only compatible with the IQ 2020 spa control system (Eagle Control box), part number (76836).
This control panel also replaces the now obsolete item 76844 control panel (dog bone style) which worked on Hot Spring models:
2009-2012 (2nd quarter) Aria (AR), Grandee (GG), Prodigy (H), Sovereign (II), Jetsetter (JJ), Envoy (KK), Vista (SS), Vanguard (VV); and
2012-2013: All Hot Spring models
2014: Aria (AR), Vanguard (VV), Sovereign (II), Prodigy (H), Jetsetter (JJ)
NEW RETROFIT OPTION: This control panel can also replace the wireless remote and docking station on Hot Spring Highlife models from 2014 to 2018 (old ACE salt system) and 2019-2023 (new Freshwater Salt System). In order to make that retrofit work, you will need to order the 700051 control panel bezel adapter. A software change/update and configuration will be needed.
*NOTE: If you’re switching from 76844 (obsolete dog bone style control panel) to this control panel, you will need to update your control box software. Make sure to add the free USB software to your cart.

I received a software update thumb drive from Backyard Plus. After installing the update, the tub was still not functioning properly so I called and talked to technical support. Oscar walked me through the whole process and the tub is working perfectly. Oscar knew EVERYTHING about my tub and how to get it running. It's so valuable having him for a resource because I'm forced to maintain my tub myself since I'm 4 hours from the nearest technician and they won't come help me.
