After submitting an order for a circuit board for $564 I found it elsewhere for $299. I the dent an email asking why such a disparity? No response.On 04/17/2024 by M. R. (verified customer)
Hi there, Mike. Thanks for reaching out. I just saw your email and wow! that’s a great deal! Unfortunately, it is well below the authorized MAP pricing from the Manufacturer and well below what the manufacturer charges us. When customers send us these types of price discrepancies, there are a one of two things happening: 1.) An authorized dealer is selling below MAP and is in violation of their agreement with the manufacturer which could mean that the manufacturer revokes their buying privileges. The price we sell this heater for is the lowest price that the manufacturer will allow $563.24. Or 2.) It’s NOT an authorized dealer and you have no guarantee what you’re buying. No warranty and no customer/tech support and the product could likely be used. I can give you a return authorization if you would rather purchase this heater elsewhere.
