I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. This item is the complete replacement equipment door for Hot Spring Highlife model made in 2006 with synthetic redwood slats in the redwood color.
NOTE: This does not come with the holes for the screws pre-drilled. You will need to use the old door as a template to drill the holes for the screws before installation.
