The videos were great at guiding me to the problem with my hot tub. A few entries as to the make and model of my hot tub, and there was the part I needed. A few more entries and my replacement part was on its way. They even had a video with a helpful trick to purge the air from the system once installation and filling was complete. This is the equipment door for Hotsprings Jetsetter model spas made from 2008 to 2009.5 with synthetic espresso slats. This version of the door has individual slats to allow for size customization when necessary. Typically the quad slat version of the door will be used, where the slats are grouped into four pieces instead of individual pieces. This makes for easier manufacturing and better durability in harsh weather conditions.
