The videos were great at guiding me to the problem with my hot tub. A few entries as to the make and model of my hot tub, and there was the part I needed. A few more entries and my replacement part was on its way. They even had a video with a helpful trick to purge the air from the system once installation and filling was complete. Elbow with 1/4″ Barbed Nipple

This kit includes a 90-degree elbow 3/4″ barbed on one end and 3/4″ female threads on the other. Also included is a 1/4″ nipple which is then glued into either side of the elbow. All that is needed is a hole drilled into either side of the elbow using a 19/64″ drill bit. Regular PVC cement (no primer is recommended) The nipple is used to connect the 1/4″ vinyl tubing (aka bleed line) that is attached to the front of the jet pump on Hot Spring spa models. This fitting is often found on or near the circulation pump.
