I have dealt with backyardplus for several years and have always been thrilled with their customer service. Well, the service on my previous order was just spectacular. Fedex said they had delivered it and were annoying non-responsive to my attempts to tell them the product hadn't been delivered. This Cool Gray Soothing Seven Jet Face inserts into the front wall fitting. It’s held into place by two tabs the will release the jet face when the tabs are gently pried up using a screwdriver. The rectangle gasket is included.
