This Hot Spring hot tub control panel is the replacement Wireless Remote for Hot Spring Highlife NXT models beginning in 2014. This wireless remote control panel comes with the latest version (4.XX) software. The wireless remote, docking station (78509 in warm gray or 79467 in cool gray ) and control box must all have the same platform code (software), ( i.e V4.XX); these are not interchangeable with previous versions.

Note 1: Because the wireless remote control panel and docking station are installed as a pair and often fail at the same time, it is recommended to replace the docking station (78509 in warm gray or 79467 in cool gray) when replacing the wireless remote.
Note 2: When buying the wireless remote only and if your spa was made prior to 2019, you will need to install the V4.XX Software for your IQ 2020 Spa Control System (Eagle Control Box) and Docking Station. The software for the Control Box, Docking Station, and Remote Control Panel need to match, otherwise the control panel remote will not sync with the docking station. For more information on how to install the software for your spa, contact our Backyard Plus Technical Support Team.
Note 3: If your spa circuit board is a “REVISION A” you cannot update the dock software through the motherboard. You will need to purchase a new dock along with the remote.

I would like to express how excellent this company is. I inherited a house with a 2007 Hotspring Aria hot tub. The spa hasn’t been operated in years and when I turned it on, it ran for about 10 minutes and died. I mean dead died. I knew absolutely nothing about hot tubs but with the excellent diagnosis videos, installation videos and superior phone support, I was able to replace the main control board, heater relay board, heater, circulation pump, the ozonator and all associated tubing. This took 4 1/2 hours over two days (I had to watch videos) but the spa runs like new! I had one question regarding the jumper voltage 18 or 12. I spoke with a technician and he was able to answer my question as well as helping me double check the voltages for the components on the relay board.
