This Hot Spring hot tub control panel is the replacement Wireless Remote for Hot Spring Highlife NXT models beginning in 2014. This wireless remote control panel comes with the latest version (4.XX) software. The wireless remote, docking station (78509 in warm gray or 79467 in cool gray ) and control box must all have the same platform code (software), ( i.e V4.XX); these are not interchangeable with previous versions.

Note 1: Because the wireless remote control panel and docking station are installed as a pair and often fail at the same time, it is recommended to replace the docking station (78509 in warm gray or 79467 in cool gray) when replacing the wireless remote.
Note 2: When buying the wireless remote only and if your spa was made prior to 2019, you will need to install the V4.XX Software for your IQ 2020 Spa Control System (Eagle Control Box) and Docking Station. The software for the Control Box, Docking Station, and Remote Control Panel need to match, otherwise the control panel remote will not sync with the docking station. For more information on how to install the software for your spa, contact our Backyard Plus Technical Support Team.
Note 3: If your spa circuit board is a “REVISION A” you cannot update the dock software through the motherboard. You will need to purchase a new dock along with the remote.

Unfortunately, it is well below the authorized MAP pricing from the Manufacturer and well below what the manufacturer charges us.
When customers send us these types of price discrepancies, there are a one of two things happening:
1.) An authorized dealer is selling below MAP and is in violation of their agreement with the manufacturer which could mean that the manufacturer revokes their buying privileges. The price we sell this heater for is the lowest price that the manufacturer will allow $563.24.

2.) It’s NOT an authorized dealer and you have no guarantee what you’re buying. No warranty and no customer/tech support and the product could likely be used.

I find backyard plus sort of amazing.. Whenever I have a problem with my 18 year old tub (which is about ever 9 months or so) I can almost always go here and find parts. They describe how to troubleshoot to verify that this part might be broken and provide great videos on how to replace. When I jumped in the tub a few weeks back (and then jumped right out... it was cold!) I didn't hesitate, tracked down this part... verified it was a replacement and ordered it. Two days later I replaced it (my old board looked fine from the front but when I pulled it off you could see the charring on the back) and now the hot tub it happily working again! They are amazon-like in how fast they ship, have great support (the few times I had to call in with a question) and provide great example videos and written documentation -- if you are AT ALL handy you can totally maintain the hot tub yourself and backyard plus is a great partner. Regarding this specific part -- I had a 2006 model and the board was a different design but 100% fit with no problems -- The thing to test is ifs your HTR led is on there should be voltage (128v AC in my case) switched to the heater unit (the cables to the left of the board) -- mine registers about 2v AC so I suspected it was this board.
