This is the “Top-side” control panel (aka control head) that was used on all 2009.5 to 2012.5 Hot Spring spa models and is compatible with the Orca control box (Invensys circuitry).
Retrofit: If your tub currently uses this control head, and this part has stopped working, there are no direct replacement parts available. The replacement control panel (77433) is only compatible with the Eagle control box system (76836).
How do I know if I have an Orca system? An indication that you have a factory-installed Orca control system is the way the control panel connects to your control box. If it is connected with a phone-jack connector, you have an Orca system. There are replacement parts for the Orca control box, but not the control panel. Once that panel fails, you will have to install the retrofit.
