Specs: No outside capacitor; 1 Speed, 1.5 HP, 115/230v, 60Hz, 2″ intake/discharge, power cord (not pictured).
Vent Shroud: Per the manufacturer, this pump is designed to be air-cooled and does not need a shroud. You may, however, use your existing shroud.
Description: This 1.5 HP, single-speed, 115/230volt pump is a great solution for those spas that have limited room in the equipment compartment. This after-market pump includes a complete wet end and has no capacitors on top of the pump. This pump does NOT come with a shroud.
A note about the OEM pump: The OEM pump 72992 usually arrives at our warehouse as an LX brand and is a 48 frame pump with two capacitors. Sometimes this bulkiness causes issues upon installation and so we have sourced the 72992-AM-BYP (no capacitors) to help solve the space issue.

If you can’t determine the dots on your impeller, buy the entire wet-end kit. The installation time is about the same.
